Each year NPECA awards six scholarships totaling $6,500 to help member families afford accredited college education. One memorial award honors exceptional leadership; five college awards support students on their academic path.

For dependents of NPECA members enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university.

How it works

A straightforward process from application to award notification.

    Complete the application

    Fill out the online form and upload required documents before the deadline.

    Committee review

    The Education Committee evaluates all eligible submissions after the deadline closes.

    Awards announced

    Recipients are notified and scholarship funds are disbursed for the academic year.

Who can apply?

Dependent children of Regular and Honorary NPECA members who meet these requirements.

  • Member requirement

    Parent or guardian is an active NPECA member for at least one year.

  • GPA

    Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA.

  • Full-time enrollment

    At least 12 credit hours per semester.

  • Accredited institution

    Must attend an accredited college or university.
