Eric brings more than two decades of experience in government, trade associations and payments. He started his career working in three federal Cabinet agencies. Eric later served as a policy advisor in the U.S. Senate.
Eric lives in Cincinnati, Ohio, where you can find him on a local ballfield coaching his three kids.

Madison Rose leads U.S. federal affairs for Global Payments, where she drives the company’s policy engagement in Washington.
Madison brings experience across government, industry, and advocacy. She has held senior policy and regulatory roles in the financial services industry and began her career in the U.S. Senate and on presidential and Senate campaigns, giving her a clear lens on how policy is shaped and advanced.
Madison is an attorney, based in the Washington, DC area.
